Write Measurement/Command data to a file.

Parameters:

  • directory – Output directory.

  • format – "jsonl", "csv", "avro" (default), or "json" (deprecated).

  • custom_file_name – Filename without extension; defaults to measurements-<UTC-timestamp>.
